The Right Channel for Every Question

waterparkusa.org/ is an editorial directory. We cannot sell you a ticket, look up a booking, process a refund, or do anything park-side. This page explains exactly what we can help with, what we cannot, and where to send each kind of question.

🆘 Emergency? Do not email us — you need help now.

Life-threatening emergency: dial 911.

At a park: alert the nearest lifeguard or park staff.

Suspected poisoning: Poison Control 1-800-222-1222 (24/7, free).

Mental health crisis: 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text, 24/7, free).

Open-water / waterfront marine emergency: U.S. Coast Guard on VHF Channel 16 or 911.

What We Can Help With

  • Corrections to any park URL, phone number, street address, season/hours, admission price, operator attribution, parent-company attribution, or guide step on the site
  • Reports of broken park URLs — top-priority correction queue
  • Reports of phone numbers that no longer answer or route correctly
  • Reports of out-of-date admission prices or operating calendars
  • Notification of operator/parent-company changes following an acquisition or rebrand
  • State privacy-rights requests (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CTDPA, CPA, UCPA, TDPSA, OCPA, etc.)
  • Cookie preferences and consent queries
  • Accessibility issues and reports of barriers using assistive technology
  • DMCA / copyright takedown notices under 17 U.S.C. §512
  • Press queries about the site, methodology, or editorial decisions
  • Editorial questions about a specific park entry

What We Cannot Help With

  • Booking, buying, or refunding tickets and season passes — use the park’s own website
  • Changing a reservation, adding cabanas, or contacting a guest — the park’s guest services
  • Refused entry on a height, age, or weight ground — park policies are operator decisions
  • Lost property at a park — the park’s guest services / lost & found
  • Complaints about a specific visit — raise with the park first; if unresolved, see the routes below
  • Personal-injury claims arising from a visit — consult an attorney licensed in your state
  • Reporting a product-safety hazard (e.g., a faulty drain cover) — the CPSC at SaferProducts.gov
  • Paid placement, “preferred listings,” or sponsored park entries — we do not accept paid placement
